About the Spring Mystery School

The Growing Goddess Spring Mystery School welcomes our Growing Goddesses and Moon Mystics into the season of renewal, growth, and nourishment. As the Earth begins to stir, we gather to remember that caring for ourselves—our bodies, emotions, creativity, and inner lives—is a sacred act.

This intimate weekend retreat is designed to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being through food as medicine, movement, gardening, and art. Together, we explore how mindful choices, seasonal rhythms, and creative expression strengthen inner resilience and help young women feel grounded, capable, and connected.

Held at Earth Song, this retreat offers a warm, home-based container where girls are supported, nourished, and gently guided into deeper relationship with themselves and the living world.

What We’ll Explore Together

🥕 Food as Medicine

Through hands-on cooking classes with Evie Irving, participants learn how to prepare delicious, nourishing meals while discovering the healing properties of whole foods. Cooking becomes a practice of self-care, creativity, and empowerment—skills that support wellness for a lifetime.

🌿 Gardening & Seasonal Connection

Spring invites us into relationship with the soil. We will tend the garden, plant seeds, and learn how caring for the Earth mirrors caring for ourselves. Gardening becomes a living metaphor for patience, nourishment, and growth.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga & Movement

Daily yoga and movement practices support balance, vitality, emotional clarity, and embodiment. These practices help girls listen to their bodies, regulate their energy, and move with confidence and care.

🎨 Art & Creative Expression

Art-making is woven throughout the weekend as a way to process, integrate, and express what is alive. Creativity is honored as a natural language of the soul and a pathway to self-understanding.

🌸 Lifestyle & Ritual Practices

Participants receive guidance in integrating food, ritual, movement, and self-care into everyday life—simple, supportive practices that can be carried home and lived with long after the retreat ends.

🔥 Community & Connection

We share meals, stories, and rituals that honor spring as a time of emergence and new beginnings. The weekend is held in a circle of trust, where each girl is seen, supported, and celebrated.
