The Spring Retreat brings our Growing Goddesses into a season of renewal and nourishment. Together we will explore how food, movement, and mindful choices can support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This weekend offers practices to strengthen inner resilience and remind us that caring for ourselves is a sacred act.

• Food as Medicine: Cooking classes with Chef Evie, where participants learn to prepare delicious, nourishing meals while discovering the healing properties of whole foods.
